Tom consults with CEOs, company presidents, senior executives and functional leaders in organization design and activation.
Tom brings a unique perspective drawn from his broad business, leadership, and consulting experience. As a business leader, Tom has led sales organizations, product groups, consulting organizations, and international teams. As a consultant, he has partnered with over 90 organizations on a range of topics including organization design and effectiveness, executive and leadership assessment and development, learning and performance strategy and change management/culture change.
Tom’s clients represent a spectrum of industries including healthcare, consumer products, technology, and heavy industry. He has worked with organizations across five continents and lived in Europe, Australia and throughout the United States.
He has spoken on the topics of Sales, Marketing, e-Learning Strategy, Knowledge Management, Reengineering, Process Improvement and Employee Development; his articles on “go to market” strategy, learning strategy, measurement and teams have been published in the US and UK.
Prior to his consulting career Tom held key leadership positions at Development Dimensions International, a global Human Resources consulting company and Click2Learn (now SumTotal Solutions) where he led their Strategic Consulting Group and helped the company to formulate their professional services strategy. Tom is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and holds a Masters degree in Information Resource Management from the Air Force Institute of Technology and a Bachelors degree in Finance from Boston College. He is active in his local Knights of Columbus Council and his church community.
