Sevan Uncu is a Senior Manager on the Kates Kesler team. He advises our clients on transforming their operating models, redesigning organizational structures and management processes, and developing the capabilities needed to realize their strategic objectives and optimize their workforce.
Sevan joined us from Aon, a global insurance and consulting firm where he worked as a director advising multinational and regional clients within MENA on their business transformation journeys. He enjoyed serving clients from more than 10 countries including the United States, Turkey, UAE, Egypt and KSA, among others.
Sevan is keen on delivering value-driven advice and solutions to his clients through operating model and organization structure design to ensure efficient implementation of their unique strategies. Capabilities, people processes, reward mechanisms, and competencies are fundamental in the effective onboarding of a well-thought operating model and organization design. Therefore, Sevan has invested time in leading large-scale engagements in leadership programs, competency modelling, reward transformation, process reorientation, etc. His engagement leadership experience spans a wide range of industries including pharmaceuticals, healthcare, financial services, automotive, logistics, real estate, and special economic zones, among others.
Sevan holds an Executive MBA from the Koç University of Turkey and a bachelor’s in Architecture from Istanbul Technical University of Turkey. He is a certified coach in the making. He was born and raised in Istanbul, Turkey but he spent his last 5 years in Dubai, UAE, and moved to London, UK a few days back! He enjoys hiking difficult terrains, having wine with friends, jazz, chess, basketball, and most of all, books.
