Sara Watson

Managing Director

Sara is a Managing Director with Kates Kesler.

Sara works closely with executives to design the global operating models and organizations that unlock growth. She has deep expertise in growth strategy, organization design, development and activation of new operating models, strategic value targeting, and in leading large-scale business transformations. She has a passion for working with startups and mid-stage companies, and for the healthcare, financial services, and consumer product industries. Sara is known for being an energetic and compassionate leader that focuses on building collaborative relationships to achieve results.

Prior to her role within Kates Kesler, Sara held leadership roles across Accenture Strategy, R1 RCM, and Enhanced Medical Records. Sara has a MBA from The University of Chicago and a BS in Economics from DePaul University. She currently resides in Chicago, IL.
