Sam Holmes

Managing Director

Sam is a Managing Director in Accenture Kates Kesler and leads the exciting operating model and OD work we do for clients across Europe. Specifically, he advises multinational clients on how to accelerate growth, by designing and implementing new enterprise and functional operating models.

He primarily works with clients in the Consumer Goods sector, but also has experience in life sciences, retail, consumer electronics, communications and with the platform businesses.

Although Sam lives in London with his wife Sophie, and son Henry, he enjoys travelling – both for work and pleasure.
