Rollin is a Managing Director with Kates Kesler. He works closely with business and function executives to create and align business strategy and global operating models that drive innovation and growth and optimize core operational processes.
Rollin has deep experience in science and technology, bio-pharma and healthcare, financial services, and consumer products sectors. He brings more than 25 years’ experience in organization design, development and activation of new operating models, business transformation, leadership and organization development, and change management.
He has worked with clients across industries including healthcare, pharmaceuticals, consumer products, life sciences, and banking. In addition to consulting, Rollin is an organization design workshop and matrix leadership instructor for Kates Kesler and guest lecturer at Cornell University.
Prior to his external consulting career, Rollin held senior roles at GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) in organization effectiveness, organization design and development, leadership development and strategic human resources. Prior to GSK, he led management training and development for a unit of Kayser-Roth Corporation.
Rollin earned his Master’s degree in Psychology from Wake Forest University, and his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Richmond. He is based in Durham, North Carolina.
