Project Manager

Rhia is a Project Manager with the Kates Kesler practice and manages 5 key workstreams for Kates Kesler’s Capability development. She is a Manager with 13+ years of consulting experience and spent 11 years in Accenture Federal Services (AFS). In AFS she worked with 3+ diamond clients in the Public Safety and Civilian Portfolios, as well as internal Accenture programs. Rhia supported a mega diamond account in the U.S. Treasury space. Her 6 roles on this account ranged from training and communications to change enablement and project management.

Rhia’s expertise includes: change management-training development and delivery, communications, stakeholder management and engagement, client relationship management, change enablement, organizational readiness, project management, process improvement, marketing, resource management, workforce management, and staffing.

She graduated with a M.A. in Organizational Management from The George Washington University, and a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Florida (Go Gators!). Rhia is currently based in Arlington, VA and lives with her husband and two children. She recently lived in Mexico City, Mexico for three years while her husband was on detail with the U.S. Department of State. Rhia enjoys being a mother, traveling, reading, running, working out (LivingAllOut with OrangeTheory workouts), writing TripAdvisor reviews, and checking items off her lengthy bucket list.
