Senior Manager

Remi is a Senior Manager with Kates Kesler, part of Accenture. She has experience working closely with business and functional leaders to create, align and operationalize business strategy and operating/ organizational models that drive innovation and growth.

Remi has experience in retail, non-for profit, telecoms, banking, aviation, public sector and consumer products. She brings more than 15 years’ consulting experience in organization design and activation, business diagnostics, visioning and team alignment, people strategy, process optimization, and training needs assessment as well as change management.

In addition to external consulting, Remi led the OD supply chain team at Home Depot for over 3 years as an Internal Consultant. Prior to Home Depot, she worked as a key People and Change project Lead at KPMG.

Remi has a Master’s degree in Organizational Behavior and a Bachelors in Psychology both from the University of Lagos, Nigeria. She is based in Atlanta, Georgia.
