Lilian is a Senior Manager with Kates Kesler in Sao Paulo, Brazil. She has 18 years of experience in Management Consulting at Accenture in huge organizational transformations in Brazil and around the globe working with C-Level in complex environments.

Lilian has deep expertise in Digital Transformation and Post Merger Integration leading workstreams related to Target Operating Model, Organization Design, Talent Strategy, Culture Transformation and Change Management.

She has worked with a variety of clients specially in Financial Services and Retail. Nowadays she leads the Talent & Organization Consulting practice for Resources clients (Mining, Oil and Gas, Chemicals and Agro) in Brasil.

In addition to consulting, Lilian is engaged in the Brazilian Human Resources Association working as a volunteer and a curator for the Brazil HR Congress annually.

Lilian earned her Business Strategy MBA in FGV (Fundação Getulio Vargas), an International Graduation in People Strategy from FIA (Fundação Instituto de Administração) in France and her Bachelor´s degree in Business Administration from PUC (Pontificia Universidade Catolica de Sao Paulo).
