Leah Waterhouse

Manager

Leah is a Manager with Kates Kesler Organization Consulting, part of Accenture Strategy.

As an organization designer, Leah works with executive leadership teams across all industries, supporting them in designing and activating their enterprise, business unit, or function operating models. She leverages the Kates Kesler methodology to help clients re-think the way in which their teams, functions, and business units work together to achieve their enterprise strategic outcomes.

In addition to consulting, Leah is a guest lecturer at Brooklyn Cuny College.

Prior to joining Kates Kesler Leah spent 6 years supporting Fortune 500 retail, CPG, and life sciences organizations with large-scale technical and cultural transformations. She has experience in new skilling, HR transformation, change management, culture and behavior change, and leadership development.

Leah holds a B.A. in French and Spanish from the University of Bristol in the UK, and an MSc in Business Management from University College London, with a focus on Organization Effectiveness, Management, and Behavior.
