Jonathan is a results-driven organizational design consultant with notable success directing a broad range of effectiveness initiatives. He’s passionate about partnering with leaders to align their people, processes, structures, and rewards to meet corporate goals and strategies.
Jonathan has led multiple organizational transformation projects that have reshaped the corporate operating model including the introduction of agile development, product management, supply chain transformation and the set-up of functional centers of expertise. He’s adept at assessing how new strategies will impact the organization and its talent and creating tactical organizational, team, and role-based plans.
In addition to design, Jonathan’s commitment to supporting individuals through transformations helped clients adopt new capabilities through change management and people readiness planning. This includes stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, communications planning, leadership engagement and readiness assessments.
Prior to Kates Kesler, Jonathan worked as a consultant independently. His industry experience includes retail, energy, technology, transportation, and healthcare. Jonathan has held IT leadership positions focusing on software development, business intelligence, and quality assurance.
