Johanna Kampa

Senior Manager

Johanna is a Senior Manager with Kates Kesler, located in Munich, Germany. She has strong experience in leading teams within global transformational programs with a focus on organization design and change management. Johanna has worked extensively with senior executives across various industries to achieve successful project results leveraging her strengths in stakeholder engagement and building trustful, collaborative relationships. She has experience in organization design, development and activation across various industries such as transport & logistics, industrial equipment, chemicals, life sciences and consumer goods.

In addition to consulting, she is also a guest lecturer for organizational change management at the University of Münster. Prior to her consulting career, Johanna worked in corporate strategy for several years, managing high-priority projects across various business functions. Johanna holds a Master’s degree in business administration with a dual focus on human resource management and marketing from the Freie University of Berlin, Germany.
