Jaime focuses on operating model transformation amidst major industry discontinuity. He has led strategic transformations globally, addressing top-level organization design and rapid value realization in global companies across diverse business models: B2B, B2C, industrial products, high technology and services. Jaime is enthusiastic about achieving value in healthcare and has helped clients create consumer-focused models impacting affordable healthcare for millions of consumers, members, and patients.

Jaime started his consulting career after completing doctoral work in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University where he performed research on design of orthopedic implants at the Cornell – Hospital for Special Surgery Program in Biomechanics. His undergraduate degree is also from Cornell.

Jaime lives in Summit, New Jersey with his wife and children. He often visits Colombia, where he was born and spent early childhood, and Brazil, where he grew up.
