Jacob Spangler

Senior Manager

Jacob is a Senior Manager at the organization design consultancy Kates Kesler, part of Accenture. He enjoys identifying difficult problems to solve with his clients by designing effective structures that facilitate conversation and collaboration across their business. Trained in change management, Jacob brings an empathy to the complex process that is organization design, and has worked primarily in the consumer goods, retail, and travel industries.

Jacob is working towards his Executive MBA at Columbia University and has a bachelor’s in political science and Supply Chain Management from The University of Texas.
