Deborah Glenn is a results-driven Organizational Effectiveness Consultant who specializes in individual, team, and organizational performance. With over 15 years of experience advising global, Fortune 500 organizations and leaders, Deborah has extensive experience in guiding executives on how to align their organizations with their ever-evolving strategic priorities
She easily spans the entire leadership spectrum, building relationships and credibility quickly. She is able to assess an organization’s most critical needs and will meet the business with simple, practical solutions. Deborah works collaboratively with clients and colleagues to strategize and execute global and enterprise-wide initiatives.
Before beginning her consulting career, Deborah was a senior Organizational Capability leader with Nike and during that time led several organizational design initiatives across the enterprise. Prior to Nike, Deborah held leadership positions at Gap Inc., Levi’s, and Pepsi Bottling, leading enterprise-wide organizational effectiveness initiatives. She has expertise in organizational assessments, org design, as well as global change management and activation.
Deborah holds her undergraduate degrees in English and Mathematics from UCLA and her MBA and Masters of International Affairs from Columbia University. She lives with her husband and two children in Mountain View, CA and enjoys skiing, dancing, and taste-testing her husband’s BBQ feats.
