Dan is Senior Manager with Kates Kesler Organization Consulting, part of Accenture. As an organization designer, Dan has partnered with executive leaders across numerous industries and all phases of design work, including organization diagnostic and capability definition, structure and process design, and activation planning.
Prior to joining Kates Kesler in 2020, Dan spent 7 years supporting Fortune 500 Communications, Media, and Technology companies on talent and organization initiatives and has expertise in agile organization design and activation, learning and leadership development, culture and behavior change, and change transformation.
Dan is certified in both Human Centered Design (Human Factors International) and Design Thinking (LUMA Institute). He earned his BA in English and Philosophy from Gettysburg College and is based out of Philadelphia, PA.
