Christie is a Principal Director with Kates Kesler, part of Accenture. She partners with business and function executives to co-create operating models that translate and enable their enterprise strategy.
Christie has cross-industry experience working closely with leaders throughout the design process — helping them to identify and prioritize business problems to solve, build and evaluate new organization design options, and assess the talent, cultural, and economic implications of their design choices.
In addition to consulting, Christie is an organization design workshop instructor for Kates Kesler and guest lecturer at Cornell University.
Christie holds an MBA from The Wharton School with concentrations in Organization Effectiveness and Management, and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Rutgers University. She is based out of Philadelphia, PA.
