Caroline works closely with c-suite clients to help them transform their organizations and design them for future growth. Her work with Kates Kesler focuses on partnering with leaders to build enterprise-wide operating models as well as activate them. She has also worked closely with executive leaders to drive effectiveness in complex matrix organizations, unlocking speed and innovation. Passionate about co-creating enterprise-wide operating models with clients, Caroline uses a data driven approach to diagnosing organizational problems to solve and identifying capabilities needed to deliver on their business priorities.
Caroline has experience working across a variety of industries: Consumer Goods & Services, High Tech, Healthcare, Retail, and Aerospace & Defense. She has experience advising small, fast-growing start-ups, in addition to serving established, global corporations at both the enterprise and functional level. In addition to working with clients, she has been a guest lecturer at New York University and Brooklyn College in the Industrial & Organizational Psychology Graduate Department.
