Brent Hertz

Senior Manager

Brent is a Senior Manager with Kates Kesler. He works with company leadership across a variety of industries and functions to align their organizations to their respective business strategies and define transformational outcomes. He focuses his time with leaders on understanding their strategic and organizational challenges and working alongside them to develop unique solutions. He has deep experience in business transformation across industries including consumer goods, retail, distribution, life sciences, media, technology, and professional services.

In addition to consulting, Brent has served as a guest lecturer at Cornell University during his tenure with Kates Kesler.

Prior to joining Kates Kesler, Brent spent his career within Accenture’s HR Transformation practice defining transformation outcomes and helping to stand-up HR operating models, HR service delivery models, HR processes, and employee experiences.

Brent has a bachelor’s degree in International Studies from The University of Michigan. He is based in Chicago, Il where he resides with his wife, Ellen. He spends his free time eating, running, and traveling.
