Billy Carberry

Senior Manager

Billy is a Senior Manager with Kates Kesler Organization Consulting, part of Accenture, based in Charlotte, NC. He partners closely with executive leaders to algin business strategy, global operating models, and ways of working to drive performance, profitability, and growth. Billy has 13 years of both organization design consulting and front-line operations management experience across multiple industries, including oil & gas, aerospace & defense, consumer electronics, and financial technology. With Kates Kesler, he has led several enterprise-level transformations, including product and platform-based redesigns, leveraging his deep understanding of global supply chains, manufacturing, new product development, and other complex organizational processes. In addition to consulting work, Billy also leads organization design workshops for Kates Kesler. He is passionate about the human element of organization design, and the role of leadership and their management routines in activating and scaling change.

Prior to joining Accenture, Billy served as a Director at United Technologies and a Group Manager at Apple Inc. Billy holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business and a BA in Mathematics from Northwestern University. He lives in Charlotte, NC with his wife and two children.
