Anna-Lena Fölling is a Manager on the Kates Kesler team, working to advise our clients on transforming their operating models, redesigning organizational structures and management processes, and developing the capabilities needed to realize their strategic objectives.
She joined from Boston Consulting Group (BCG), a global consulting firm, where she was working as an expert for Organization Design topics, mainly focusing around how to embed people & organization topics within technology transformations. Before BCG, Anna-Lena worked at Bosch in Brussels and BASF in Hong Kong & Berlin, with focus on HR strategy & transformation topics.
Anna-Lena is enthusiastic about everything related to the future of organizations, and she is constantly challenging the current point of view, thinking of ways to adjust traditional thinking to future needs. She has experience in all type of transformations, from carve out or PMI, to Agile reorganizations, or top layer strategy & design. She has delivered projects of all sizes, from reorganizing hundred to hundreds of thousands of employees, across the world, but especially across Europe.
Anna-Lena holds a MSc in Business Psychology from Fresenius University of Applied Sciences in Cologne. She was born and grew up in Cologne, Germany but currently lives in Saarbrücken, Germany. She enjoys travelling, especially together with locals, to enjoy the full culture of other countries. Also, she is a big soccer fan and tries to see as many games as possible of her favorite club 1. FC Köln.
