Rollin is a senior consultant with Kates Kesler. He brings 25 years experience in organization design, business transformation, leadership and organization development, and change management consulting.
Rollin has deep experience in science and technology, bio-pharma and healthcare, financial services, and consumer products. He routinely works closely with business executives and function leaders to create and align business strategy and global operating models that drive innovation and growth and optimize core operational processes.
In addition to consulting, Rollin teaches organization design and effective matrix working to business leaders and human resource and organization development professionals.
Prior to his external consulting career, Rollin held senior roles at GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) in organization effectiveness, organization design and development, leadership development and strategic human resources. Prior to GSK, he led management training and development for a unit of Kayser-Roth Corporation.
Rollin earned his Master’s degree in Psychology from Wake Forest University, and his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Richmond. Based in Durham, North Carolina, he is a past president of the Organization Design Forum (ODF).
