Michele consults with senior leaders in the design and activation of varied types of organizations – functions, business units, and global enterprises. Michele has led organization redesign projects for both small and large, complex companies across retail, hospitality, agriculture, consumer packaged goods, food and beverage, and finance sectors. She also has deep expertise in human resource transformation, and is a Kates Kesler organization design instructor.
Michele is a seasoned organization designer who brings broad expertise to her clients — from diagnostics and option assessment, to structure and process redesign, through implementation planning. She works closely with leaders to support them at key decision milestones in the design process, and helps them to thoroughly consider the talent, cultural, and change management implications of their design choices.
Before beginning her consulting career, Michele was a human resources executive with several leading, global hospitality companies. During her time in corporate America and academe, her work was featured in a number of conference proceedings, academic and best practice journals. She serves on the Board of Trustees for Johnson & Wales University, where she earned her undergraduate degrees in Food Service. Michele received her Masters Degree from Rochester Institute of Technology, specializing in service management, and did her doctoral studies at Virginia Tech in the field of organizational development. She is also on the Board of Trustees for Academy Prep of St. Petersburg, Florida, where she lives with her husband and son.
