Laura Bates is a former executive with Procter & Gamble, Marriott International, and Domino’s Pizza. Experienced in brand strategy, customer experience design and innovation, she has been instrumental in creating positive change and enhancing the value of brands for Fortune 500 companies as well as for start-up companies and non-profits.
In her career, she has led brand strategy for major global businesses; successfully launched major new product initiatives; re-structured organizational processes to improve innovation; developed strategies drive greater customer engagement; and re-defined brand, sales and marketing organizations to operate more effectively.
In addition to consulting, Laura also leverages her wealth of experience as a guest speaker and workshop instructor, focusing on topics of strategy, customer engagement and culture. She is currently a faculty member for the Association of National Advertisers.
Laura earned a bachelor’s degree at Tulane University and an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University where she was the Unilever U.S. Scholarship recipient. Home for her is now in the Washington, D.C., area.
