Elizabeth is an established organization effectiveness consultant. Experienced in data analysis, organization assessment and organization design report development, Elizabeth supports end-to-end redesign and transformation efforts. Her industry experience is broad and includes: Food and Beverage, Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare, Retail, Agriculture and Business Services. Prior to working with Kates Kesler, Elizabeth worked for Cap Gemini Ernst and Young in Atlanta and Edelman Change and Employee Engagement in Chicago. With expertise in change management, employee engagement, and internal communications, Elizabeth consulted with executives on issues related to strategy and transformation, organization effectiveness and strategic communications. This expertise is leveraged broadly across redesign projects as she supports clients with their communications and change management needs.
Elizabeth earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Bowdoin College with a major in U.S. History and a minor in Psychology. She received her M.B.A. from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. She is on the Board of Trustees at Saint Stephen’s Episcopal School and the South Florida Museum. Elizabeth lives outside of Sarasota, Florida with her family.
