With over 20 years of business experience, Cynthia is an insightful strategic consultant with deep organizational development skills. She excels at business connectivity and has led organization design projects at the regional, national, and global levels across various functions including Sales, Marketing, and Finance in the US, Emerging Markets, and Europe.
Cynthia has expertise in diagnostics, structure and process redesign, as well as global implementation planning and activation. She coaches leaders through the design project, and builds organizational capabilities by helping them lead through change and understand the talent and cultural impact of their designs.
Before beginning her consulting career, Cynthia was a senior Human Resources leader with Nike and during that time led several organizational design initiatives across the enterprise. She was recognized for her excellence in organization design by the North America leadership team. Prior to Nike, Cynthia worked at Intel, leading Employee Relations in a tiered Shared Services model.
Cynthia has an Advanced Organization Design certification from the USC Marshall School of Business, and earned her Bachelor of Science from San Jose State University, with a minor in European Studies while attending Universidad Compultense de Madrid, Spain.
