Alice consults with senior executives to redesign their organizations and optimize their leadership teams to achieve their mission and strategy. Alice has partnered with numerous global Fortune 500 companies and preeminent non-profits and social enterprises to inspire and deliver positive results. She empowers clients to articulate their vision, assess performance issues, and ultimately align their organizations and executive teams with their top priorities.
Alice teaches graduate courses in organization assessment, design, and change at The New School in New York City. Alice is researching and writing on the topic of designing organizations for social impact and sustainability. Previously Alice was a vice president at JPMorgan Chase, where she led large post-merger reorganization efforts. Alice holds a Ph.D. and M.A. in Social and Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and a B.A. in History from Reed College. Additionally, she earned a two-year Organizational Dynamics certification from the William Alanson White Institute.
